At the end of the quarter your supervising teacher will evaluate your work based on the following criteria:

• Punctuality
• Reliability
• Initiative
• Enthusiasm in dealing with students
• Ability to get along with students
• Clarity of presentations to students
• Willingness to follow directions
• Willingness to learn from mistakes
• Professionally appropriate dress

Your teacher will also be asked to provide a grade (from A through F) for the work performed under his or her supervision. In most cases, this is the grade you will receive for this experience in this course.
